convenient location helpful staff spotty internet dusty floor
The hotel location was convenient. it allowed easy access to local shops. They were very helpful. it was easy, and i liked that.
The internet connection in the room was spotty. I found that frustrating. some corners and the floor had dust. i wished for cleaner conditions throughout.

wonderful staff and great location
airport taxi great value
the staff were happy to help with all requests i had. they arranged a taxi to the airport after my stay. they also provided alternative food locations. the value for money was great.
the noise isolation of the rooms was not good. i could hear everything on the streets. sleeping was a nightmare because of car races.

coffee was good and so was the fresh juice. i enjoyed the bread and cheeses. breakfast was served at the table and was very good with delicious food.

the hotel location was really good. i could reach everything by walking. it was a short distance to main places. the location is also close to the airport.

the pool was wonderful. it really helps with the hot weather. i found a car park reserved for hotel guests with a guard. the guard looks after the car day and night.

relaxing area included breakfast
i stayed in this place and its location near the medina totally. the included breakfast had pastries and hot chocolate i enjoyed that. the outdoor area looked very relaxing too, a great plus for me.
the room had only two electrical sockets, it was difficult to reach them.

unexpected gem!
ideal location useful fridge great views
The location was ideal for exploring the area. a fridge was available in my room, which i found useful. i had access to two balconies. This offered great views and fresh air.
The elevator was quite small and old. It only fits a maximum of four people, a bit inconvenient when the hotel was busy.

The hotel is very close to the center. there is also a taxi stand right outside the hotel. This makes transportation very convenient and accessible at any time.

Breakfast included a delicious selection of mesamen and fresh orange juice EVERY day!!! breakfast was served directly at the table. This was like a special personal touch. the food in the restaurant tasted AMAZING!!!

My room included two separate air conditioning units. One was in the bedroom, and the other was in the lounge area. the beds were very comfortable. I had a really good sleep every night. the rooms are decent size. I had plenty of space.
